SOMETHING NOT WORKING
If the appliance does not work properly, check the following points before asking for service; there could be simple problems that you could remedy by yourself; if not, contact your after Sales Service.
Symptoms
The hob hotplate does not heat up
Solutions
Check: - that the unit is connected and the electrical supply is switched on - the mains fuse has not blown - the correct control knob has been turned.
The hotplate is not giving satisfactory results
Check: - the hotplate is clean and dry - the pan is the correct size for the hotplate - the pan has a flat bottom - the setting is correct for the type of cooking.
The oven does not come on
Check: - check if a cooking function/temperature has been selected correctly - the switch from the mains supply to the cooker is ON.
It takes too long to finish the dishes, or they Check: are cooked too fast - the temperature may need adjusting
Steam and condensation settle on the food and the oven cavity

Rating Plate The rating plate is fixed at the front and the back of the appliance. When you call your After Sales Service, you have to specify the model, the product number and the serial number of the appliance.
