(1) In a case where the power is not turned on (the POWER LED does not light)

Insert the FFC correctly.

Is the FFC (*1) correctly inserted?

(*1) : FFC between CN5901 (RX Assy) and CN5902 (LED Assy)

Is the POWER LED lit?

No

Is the fuse FU1 blown?

No

Is the IC11 and/or IC14 in MAIN Assy broken? Yes Replace IC11 and/or IC14.

No

Check that the circuits are not short-circuited. As the circuit for +9 V is most likely to have been shortcircuited, check the circuits around IC15.

Yes Replace the FU1 fuse.
