Does E-E appear on the Monitor TV ?

No

Is the voltage at pin 55 of IC4001 5V ?

No

Check Power circuit.

Yes

Yes

Is there PB Y/C signal at TP4001 ?

No

Check PB Y/C at pin 74 of IC4001 and the connection of the CYLINDER.

Yes

Is there FM signal at pins 71 and 72 of IC4001 ?

No

Check R4067, C4094 and the peripheral circuit.

Yes

Is there FM signal at pin 18 of IC4001 ?

No

Replace IC4001.

Yes

Is there VIDEO signal at pin 17 of IC4001 ?

No

Check Q4007 and the peripheral circuit.

Yes

Is there VIDEO signal at pin 29 of IC4001 ?

No

Replace IC4001.

Yes

Check J4201 and the connection to J4201.
