Are HREQ and TREQ high? Yes CN701 (pins 2,3)

No

HREQ and TREQ should be high during operation. Check the pattern in the path. Check the MOTHER Assy. Replace IC762, etc.

D+/DD+ and D- should have waveform during normal condition. Check the pattern in the path. Check the MOTHER Assy. Replace IC762, etc.

Are there audio signal ? Yes Check the parts and pattern between IC781 and CN702.
