Removing and Replacing the Rear Housing Cover
1. 2. 3. Remove the battery cover, battery, and SIM as described in the procedures. Using the Torx driver and T-6 bit, remove the 2 screws shown in Figure 7. Set the screws aside for reuse. Slide the rear housing cover away from the unit and over the antenna until clear of the phone as shown in Figure 7.

Figure 7. Removing the rear housing cover 4. 5. 6. To replace, align the rear housing cover with the antenna and slide the cover over the antenna and onto the top of the phone. Insert and tighten the 2 screws. Do not overtighten. Replace the SIM, battery, and battery cover as described in the procedures.
