SRV-3030/D
It�s a Fact�
The SRV-3030/D incorporates true 24-bit A/D and D/A conversion and 30-bit internal processing. Features include: � Dynamic Separation Algorithm that splits signals into two independent reverb paths by sensing differences in dynamics, frequency range or note density. � RSS Flanger/Chorus, Phaser, and Resonator effects. � Preview function for easy auditioning of patches. � Optional SmartMedia memory card allows for the storing of 1,000 additional patches and usersampled tones for preview. � SRV-3030D model includes 24-bit coaxial digital inputs and outputs.

Changing the Category
The effects within the SRV-3030/D are grouped by category so that you can easily locate the effect you�re looking for. Use the following procedure to select an effect by its category: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Press CATEGORY twice. Use the NUMBER/ENTER dial to select the desired category. Press NUMBER/ENTER to confirm your choice. Use the NUMBER/ENTER dial to select the desired program. Only programs in the selected category are displayed. Press NUMBER/ENTER to load the program.
Changing the Preview Tone Initializing
Use the following procedure to initialize the SRV-3030/D and restore its factory settings: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Press MEMORY. Use the NUMBER/ENTER dial to select FACTORY RESET. Use the PARAM 3 dial to select ALL. Press NUMBER/ENTER. "SURE? �ENTER" appears in the display. Press NUMBER/ENTER. Use the following procedure to change the preview tone: 1. Press CUSTOM. 2. Use the NUMBER/ENTER dial to select NAME/PREVIEW. 3. Press NUMBER/ENTER. 4. Use the NUMBER/ENTER dial to select the PREVIEW screen. 5. Use the PARAM 1 dial to select a preview tone. 6. Press PREVIEW to audition the selected tone. 7. Press BANK to return to the main display.
The Factory Reset is executed and the SRV-3030/D is returned to Play mode.
Changing the Effect
Using the three data entry knobs on the front panel, you can adjust�or �edit��the effect in real time. This is called a �Direct Edit.� To adjust the level of the effect: � Rotate REV LEVEL. This allows you to adjust the balance between the effected and direct sounds. To adjust the length of the effect: � Rotate REV TIME. This allows you to adjust the reverb length. To adjust the character of the effect: � Rotate ASSIGNABLE. This allows you to adjust the elements of the effect that give it its special characteristics. The particular parameters that are adjustable vary from program to program.
Changing Reverb Sounds
Use the following procedure to change reverb sounds: 1. Use the NUMBER/ENTER dial to select the program. 2. Press NUMBER/ENTER to load the program. 3. Press PREVIEW to audition the new reverb.
Previewing Reverb Sounds
Use the following procedure to preview any effect in the SRV-3030/D: 1. Turn NUMBER/ENTER to select an effect. 2. Press PREVIEW. A tone is played through the effect so that you can hear what it sounds like. Note: There are several sounds that you can choose from for the Preview function. See �Changing the Preview Tone."
