Is the load of the motor shaft normal? YES

NO

Adjust the mechanism loads and the drive syatem, and remove foreign materials

Is the interface cable normal? YES

NO

Replace the interface cable

Is the motor winding shorted?

YES

Replace the motor

Check or replace tne control PWB

NO
Is it OK? NO Check or replace the main body PPC PWB

Is DC24V applied between CN8,1 pin and 2 pin? YES

NO

Check or replace the control PWB

YES

Check or replace the control PWB

Is the harness connected properly? YES

NO

Connect the harness properly

Is the motor clock sensor output normal? YES

NO

Check the motor clock sensor output, or replace it

Is the bin at the upper or lower limit position? YES

NO

Manually move the bin from the limit position

Are the home sensor output and the limit sensor output normal? YES

NO

Check or replace the home sensor and the limit sensor

Check or replace the control PWB
