Preparation 1. Mix ingredients for the sauce. canned tomatoes (drained) 2. Place the fish fillet (e.g. Rosefish fillet) in a corn round gratin dish with the thin ends toward the chilli sauce centre and sprinkle with salt. onion (finely chopped) 3.
