REMOVING THE HEAT SINK
(1) Remove the 11 screws [H] shown in the previous page. (2) Slowly, as shown in Fig.1 and Fig.2, shake up and down repeatedly and remove the heat-sink with care. (Fig.3)

(1) The silicone sheet is stuck on the back of the heat-sink, and if it tears off forcibly, there is a possibility of damaging the data TCP tips. (2) Do not give stress to the fin of the heatsink and data TCP. (3) Hold not the fin of the heat-sink but the base board. (Fig.4)
