Inform the customer to replace the toner cartridge. The charge roller or gear driving the charge roller may be contaminated or damaged. Inform the customer to replace the toner cartridge. The supply roller or gear driving the supply roller may be contaminated or damaged. Inform the customer to replace the toner cartridge. The supply roller or gear driving the developer roller may be contaminated or damaged. Inform the customer to replace the toner cartridge. The transfer roller or gear driving the transfer roller may contaminated or damaged. Inspect the roller and gear. Replace as necessary. The hot roll of the fuser or gear driving the hot roll may be contaminated or damaged. Inspect the hot roll and gear. Replace or clean as necessary. The backup roller of the fuser may be contaminated or damaged. Inspect and replace as necessary.
