CONNECTIONS
Open the crossover housing by placing your fingers between the terminals and the top cover, and gently pulling off the cover. Using screws or a wire tie, mount the crossover through the holes provided. Observing proper polarity, connect the speakers and amplifier as shown in 7A and 7B. Replace the cover when you are finished making connections and adjustments. Figure 7A. Wiring connections on the crossover network (shown with cover on). Infinity Kappa component crossovers include a Custom Contour adjustment. Custom Contour, if enabled, will reduce the midrange output from the system, resulting in more perceived bass and high frequency. You may choose the setting that best suits your listening perference. The default position is Flat . Figure 7C. Enable Custom Contour by moving the jumper (located in the upper-left corner, inside the crossover housing) to connect the two left pins. Defeat Custom Contour by moving the jumper to connect the two right pins.
