Lower Rack
Large dinner platesand other dishesmaybe placed in anyconvenientlocationin the lower rack but soiled surfaces should face the center. Tall items suchasbakeware largeplatters and shouldbe loadedon the left side of this rack. Thin items (cookiesheets, pizzapans,etc.) may be placedbehind the folding shelf.With the shelf down, two levelsof glasses cupscanbe and loaded. For bestwashability, not place any do items in the shorttines whenthe shelf is being used.
Flatware
Put flatware in the removablesilveIWarebasket, mixingknives,forksand spoons. prevent To them from nestingtogether,placesomehandles up and somedown. However,sh~ or pointed items shouldbe loadedwith the handlesup. The silveIWare basketmaybe removedfor ease of loading or unloading. Use the coveredsectionfor small, lightweight articlessuchas measuring cupsand spoons, smallplasticitems, babyspoons, etc. Lower the coverto keep theseitems in place.
