Check connection at RCA Cable.

Check Q8103 and peripheral circuit.

Change IC4002.

Yes Is there AUDIO signal at pins 7 and 8 of IC8003 ? Check J8001 and peripheral circuit.

Is there voltage at pin 6 of IC8003 about 5 V ?

Check AT+5V
