3. How To Operate
� Startup There is no power switch on this equipment. Power is turned on once the AC adaptor supplied is connected to the rear panel. About 10 seconds are required to start up the equipment after turning on the power. Upon activation, the ACT LED on the front panel will turn green. � When system does not make use of a menu server In the case of a system that does not use menus, screen turns black upon activation. Use the numeric keypad on the remote controller to access the pre-assigned network encoder and to play back video / audio from that encoder. Press the Pause button on the remote controller to pause the video/sound. Press the Stop button on the remote controller to stop playing back the video/sound. � When system makes use of a menu server In the case of a system that uses menus, the menu screen is displayed by pressing HOME button on the remote controller. Select the menu using the arrow keys on the remote controller, followed by pressing OK to play back video / audio from the network encoder. Press the Pause button on the remote controller to pause the video/sound. Press the Stop button on the remote controller to stop playing back the video/sound.
PRECAUTION
When the network encoder is set as Unicast, access by other DM-ND300E�s are denied during the Play Back or Pause mode. Access by other DM-ND300E�s is possible upon switching to the Stop mode. When the network encoder is set as Multicast, access by other DM-ND300E�s are possible even during the Play Back mode.
