REMOVING AND RENEWING OR CLEANING THE GREASE FILTER
1. Unplug the appliance or switch off the mains power supply. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. Pull out the steam deflector (a). Open the extraction grille (b, c, d). Remove the device fixing the grease filter (e). Remove the dirty grease filter. After renewing or cleaning the grease filter (depending on model) repeat the above steps in reverse to reassemble, making sure the entire extraction surface is covered.

RENEWING BULBS
1. Unplug the appliance or switch off the mains power supply. 2. Pull out the steam deflector (a). 3. Open the extraction grille (b, c, d). 4. Remove the burnt-out bulb and insert a new one. Use only 40W max E14 bulbs. 5. Remount the extractor grille.
Model DFO 3060 must be connected to an external extraction unit. Open the valve to allow extraction of steam and fumes.

MOUNTING OR RENEWING THE CARBON FILTER
(except for model DFO 3060) 1. Unplug the appliance or switch off the mains power supply. 2. Pull out the steam deflector (a). 3. Open the extraction grille (b, c, d). 4. Mounting: Fit the filter over the motor protection grille within the reference marks (f). Line up the reference mark (g) on the edge of the carbon filter with the arrow on the fan shroud (h). Then turn clockwise. Removal: turn anticlockwise. 5. Remount the extractor grille.
