Calling back from a message

Saving a phone number from a message
You can save the sender's phone number in the Contacts or on the SIM card. , and select 1. When reading a message, press Save number to display the sender's number and the numbers contained in the text message. L Save. 2. Scroll to the desired number and press 3. Select As New Record (create a new record) or Into Old Record (replace an old record). To add a new entry, see �Add an entry in a phonebook� page 26.
SMS Folders
If you have set to save text messages on the SIM card, all the messages will be stored in the SIM folder. Otherwise, all the messages will be stored in the folders on your phone. Your phone memory can store up to 500 messages. The maximum number that you can store on the SIM card memory depends on the type of SIM Card. All the messages are stored in the corresponding folders/sub-folders of their storage locations (SIM card/phone) according to their status (SMS unread/ read/unsent/sent).
