(3) Power supply board block wiring (for board block sub-assembly construction) (a) Wiring after lapping the ballast holder over the power supply board
(c) Wiring for lapping the ballast board over the power supply board
CNBAR
Ballast board
Lay the CNBAR lead illustrated so no lead slack can be left. (Pass the CNBAR lead through the notch Ballast board.) #3054
Power supply air intake fan
Lay the #3054 (Power supply air in take fan) lead at the width side of the fan.
CNPWR CNPW2 TSW2 CNPW1
Power supply board
Pass these 3 cables through the notch on the power supply board holder and tense them (since slack cables may contact the primary side of the power supply).
TSW
When lapping the ballast board over the power supply board, pull the CNBAR cable to the left (in the arrowed direction in the drawing below) (since the power supply air intake fan rotary blades contact the cable if the cable is at the right side).

CNPWR
Ballast board
Power supply board
Connect the CNTH cable to sensor board connector E950.
CNBAR
CNTH
#3054 lead
J1
Connect the CNPWR to connector J1 and check that the CNPWR is completely locked.
Lay the lamp leads near the power supply block without slacking the leads (to keep them away from the exhaust fan rotary blades).
Lamp lead
Lay the lamp leads along the power supply block groove.
