Are +5V and -12V supplied normally ?

NO

Repair

1. In case of all outputs stop, refer to the +5V troubleshooting.

YES

Is the voltage at IC3 1-3 pin 12.5V or more ?

NO
Repair

1. When the voltage between IC3 1-3 pin is 12.5V or lower, +12V is not supplied. 2. D16 open may be the cause.

YES

NO
Is +12V supplied ? Repair

1. IC3 trouble may be the cause.

YES

OK

4-3. �12V is not supplied.

Are +5V and +12V supplied normally ?

NO

1. In case of all outputs stop, refer to the +5V troubleshooting.
Repair

YES

Is the voltage at IC4 1-2 pin -14V or more ?

NO

Repair

1. When the voltage between IC4 1-3 pin is �14V or lower, �12V is not supplied. 2. D17 open may be the cause.

YES

NO
Is -12V supplied ? Repair

1. IC4 trouble may be the cause.

YES
