Mounting the Camera to the Ceiling (continued)
When mounting the camera directly to the ceiling or on the wall
When mounting to a wall, replace areas indicated as �ceiling� in the procedures by �wall�.

Connecting
1. Align j with the shooting direction when
mounting the cover to the ceiling. Mount by using the supplied adapter ring to clamp between the outer case and the ceiling. Notes on outer case mounting screws (not supplied): � The diameter of the attachment hole of outer case is R4.5 mm (3/16 inch). � Do not use flathead screws. � When using an impact screwdriver, do not tighten the screws fully. Tighten using your hand instead. Failure to do so may damage the outer case.

4. Connect the video signal cable. (A pg. 14)
Lower the protection cover and connect the connectors. Upon connecting, restore the protection cover to cover the connectors. Connect the input power supply cable. (A pg. 15) (A pg. 14)
3. Remove the dome cover.
As illustrated in the diagram, hold the dome ring such that the position mark comes between the thumb and index finger. Turn the ring in the anti-clockwise direction to remove.

C Dismantle the fall prevention wire. CAUTION:
� Tighten all screws securely. Otherwise the camera may come loose and fall.
5. Loosen the pan fastening screw.
� Moving the lens unit without loosening the pan fastening screw may damage the lens unit.
