[TAPPING SCREWS]
The main plate on this movement have no metallic poles. And the screws fixing Setting lever jumper, P.C.B. with components and Train wheel bridge are tapping screws. Therefore please be sure not to tighten the screws with too much force. Tightenning torque for the screws are 200 ± 25g. Also please note each tapping screws can be unscrewed and tightened 10 times maximum.

[DIAL]
On the watches in which the module QW-1389 is used, the dial is originally bended. And CASIO will supply the bended dial as the spare parts. However, if the flat dial is supplied, you can bend it according to the following procedure. 1) Set the dial with top side down in the ditch. The width of the ditch should be approx. 2.5mm. If you have small piece(approx. 2.5mm of diameter) of the Hand press, it may be usefull. 2) Heat the dial with hair drier evenly on the following conditions. a)The power consumption of the hair drier should be 300W. b)The heating time should be 5 minutes. c)The dial and the hair drier should be distant approx.10~20mm.
