No audio from monitor out

The sound is not emitted audio out. Yes Is a signal output from IC4701? (pin 33, 34) 30 Yes No Check the surrounding of IC4701 and each input signal. If there was no ploblem, replace the MAIN ASSY. Check the communication between IC4701 and CN4005. NG Replace the MAIN Assy.

Has the signal arrived at CN4005? No

Yes Is a signal output from CN8803? Yes Has the signal come to TP8825 or TP8826? Yes No Check the contact between the CN8803 and R8886. Check the contact between the CN8803 and R8887. Check the communication between the CN8803 and Jack. If there was no ploblem, replace IO Assy. NG Replace the TANSHI Assy. No Check the Flexible cable between CN4005 and CN8803. NG Replace or reconnect flexible cable.
Input signal: 1kHz Sound volume is fixed to 25.

No

Cansel muting then check again. Yes Is the volume set to 0?

No

Cansel muting then check again.

No

Raise the volume then check again.

Is a signal output from IC4701? (pin 31, 32) Yes Is a signal output from IC4704? (pin 1, 7) Yes

Check the around of IC4701 and each input signal. If there was no ploblem, replace the MAIN ASSY. Check around IC4704. NG Replace the MAIN Assy.

No Check the communication between NG IC4704 to CN4005. Replace the MAIN Assy.

Has the signal arrived at CN4005? Yes Is a signal output from CN8803? Yes

No

Check the Flexible cable between CN4005 and CN8803. Check the contact between the CN8803 and R8892.

NG

Replace or reconnect flexible cable.

Has the signal come to TP8843? Yes Check the around of pin Jack.

No

NG Replace the TANSHI Assy.
