Overview When the service data setting is in the initial setting, the combination of cassette selection switches (A to B) and the priorities shown below determine which recording paper will be printed as shown below.
Priority Description 1 The recording paper that can record the image on one page when the main scanning length is the same as the print size. 2 The recording paper that can record the image on one page when the main scanning length differs from the print size. 3 The recording paper that minimizes the number of split pages when the main scanning length is the same as the print size. 4 The recording paper that minimizes the number of split pageswhen the main scanning length differs from the print size. Note When printing multiple recording paper sheets is possible, the recording paper that is closest (the smallest size) to the sub-scanning length is selected.
When printing multiple recording paper sheets is possible and the number of split pages is the same, the recording paper with the smallest sub-scanning length is selected.
Reference: When the same type of recording paper is loaded, recording paper will be selected in the order shown below.

When recording paper in the cassette used so far runs out, the recording paper with the highest priority will be automatically selected. Memory transmission is performed when no recording paper that allows printing has been loaded.
