Display CD � CHsE1s CD � CHsE2s Cause � Either the disc is dirty, or upside down. � There is a scratch on the disc. Check/Remedy Check the disc. (The changer automatically switches to the next disc.) Press [<] on the changer. If the changer does not respond, press the changer�s reset switch. Load discs in the changer or magazine.

The changer will not operate for some reason. There are no discs in the changer or magazine.

NO DISC

Notes � The number of the disc that is the cause of the error is sometimes displayed before �E1� or �E2�. � Depending on the changer, the information that is displayed and the remedy may sometimes differ in part. For details, refer to the User�s Manual provided with your changer.

Troubleshooting Tips

Symptom The power does not come on. Remedy � Turn the ignition switch to �ON� or �ACC�. � Connect the cords correctly. � Replace the fuse. � Turn muting off. � Connect the cords correctly. � Wait until the condensation clears. � Change the display to something other than demo mode and then try again. � Set the MUTE/ATT to �OFF�.
