� Click the "Defocus rectify..." button.

� Click the "JPEG Shot" button.

� The shutter is released after the AF operation. The shot image is automatically displayed on the PC screen. Scale the image to 100% and check which chart is in focus of the 5 resolution charts.

� Input the value of the focused position into the entry field. ��e.g. The below is the case when " � 100μm" of the front focus side is in focus.
